1. Who We Are
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Daneel website (https://daneel.app) and the AI-facilitated business constellation service ("Daneel" or the "Service"), operated by constell.online ("we," "our," or "us"). Contact: kvlady@gmail.com.
By accessing the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a session pack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Daneel is an AI systemic business consultant. It guides users through structured constellation sessions using voice and text. Outputs are generated by large language models and AI voice agents and are exploratory in nature. The Service is not legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional advice.
3. Accounts
Access to paid features requires an account, managed via Auth0. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a pack.
4. Session Packs & Validity
Sessions are sold in packs of 1, 3, or 8. Each pack has a fixed validity window from the date of purchase:
- Single Session — valid for 14 days
- 3-Session Pack — valid for 90 days
- 8-Session Pack — valid for 180 days
Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity window. Sessions are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
5. Payments & Merchant of Record
All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller of the Service. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, applicable taxes, refunds, invoicing, and the buyer-facing checkout. Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms apply to the transaction in addition to these Terms. Receipts are issued by Paddle.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or disrupt the Service or its underlying models; (c) abuse the voice agents or submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights; (d) share your account with others or resell sessions.
8. Service Availability
We provide the Service on a best-effort basis without any guaranteed uptime or service-level commitment. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as our Merchant of Record.
9. AI Output Disclaimer
Daneel's responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for any decisions you take based on session output.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Paddle for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
