What We Collect
Consultancy Session Data
The core functionality of Daneel involves interactive constellation sessions led by AI voice agents. We collect and store the full content of these sessions, including:
- Voice & Text: Audio recordings of your interactions and their corresponding text transcripts.
- Sensitive Information: Any personal or business-related details you choose to share during the consultation.
How We Use Your Data
Automated & Manual Analysis
Session data is processed automatically to generate insights. Regarding manual review: We adhere to a strict Opt-In policy. We will never access, read, or listen to your raw session transcripts or audio recordings for model improvement without your explicit permission. Summarized analysis might be observed.
If you choose to grant this permission, you retain the right to revoke it at any time. Upon revocation, we will immediately cease manual review of your data.
Third-Party Services
We utilize trusted third-party vendors to provide the infrastructure and services necessary to operate Daneel. Each vendor stores only the data relevant to its specific function.
OpenAI
We use OpenAI as our underlying Large Language Model (LLM) to process text and generate the sessions. We utilize their API tier which ensures that your data is not used to train their general public models.
ElevenLabs
We use ElevenLabs for AI voice synthesis and audio processing. In our integration with ElevenLabs, we store voice data for 60 days and transcripts for one year.
Auth0
Auth0 manages our user authentication and identity services. They securely store your login credentials (such as email and password) and user profile data to facilitate secure access to your account.
Render
Our application infrastructure and database are hosted on Render. They store the application code, databases, and server logs required to keep Daneel running reliably and securely.
n8n
We use n8n for workflow automation to connect different parts of our system. n8n processes data as it moves between services to execute the tasks you request within the app.
Data Retention & User Rights
Mandatory Collection & Right to Erasure
To function, Daneel requires processing of audio and text data. Currently, we do not offer an 'incognito' mode, meaning session data is stored. However, we align our standards with GDPR and applicable privacy regulations, you retain the right to request the permanent deletion of your data at any time.
Upon receiving a request, we will remove your personal and session data from our systems and request deletion from our third-party vendors.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
